Shipping & Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

• Ready to Ship (RTS) items ship within 1–3 business days.

• Made to Order (MTO) items are handmade specifically for you. The current turnaround time (TAT) is listed in each product’s description.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days after it has been marked as delivered to USPS, please contact USPS first, as they are best equipped to assist with locating your package.

Please note: If your order contains both RTS and Made to Order items, your entire order will ship together once all items are complete unless otherwise arranged.
